The CEO of McDan Group has selected 10 Ghanaians Entrepreneurs to produce hand sanitizers

Dr. McKorley in line with the President’s directive to build local capacity of Ghanaians to produce potent drugs and hand sanitisers to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, business mogul and Chairman of the McDan Group/McDan Foundation, Dr. Daniel McKorley, is supporting young, innovative Ghanaian entrepreneurs with funding to develop local formula for the production of hand sanitizers for the African market

Dr. Daniel McKorley has selected 10 Ghanaians entrepreneurs out of 250 who presented their business modules last week in aid to support them produce more hand sanitizers with local content.

Over 100 young Ghanaians presented their samples and made a pitch before a Jury Chaired by Dr Daniel McKorley for funding support from the McDan Foundation.

We considered innovation, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, sustainability and local content in criteria of selection.
I will be distributing over 5000 gallons of hand sanitizers for free to selected hospitals, security agencies, traditional authorities, organizations and communities across the country as a needed intervention to help curb the spread of the virus.
